Steve Headley
Bio: Coach Steve who founded the Softball and Baseball division of Team Hustle, has been coaching softball and baseball in the area since 2002. He has coached all divisions in his coaching career from age 4 to age 18. He has been working with our current 16u players since the Spring of 2013. He has coached many allstar teams over the last 13 years to include 11-12 softball, 10- 11, 13-14 and 15-16 year old baseball allstars. Over his career Coach Steve has captured a number of championships to include: A district title for Hughesville Junior Softball in 2015, 2 first place and 2 second place finishes with his 2015 14U team, and 2 Baseball Holiday little league tournaments in 2013 and 2014. Coach Steve loves both softball and baseball turning the majority of his attention to softball over the last couple of years and continuing to focus on making a stronger community of ball players in the Hughesville and Southern Maryland area.

Mike Gowin
Bio: Coach Mike has been coaching baseball and softball with Hughesville Little League since 2010. He has been working with the majority of our current 16u softball team along with Coach Steve since these girls were 11-12. With his help, and his commitment to these girls they have blossomed into wonderful ball players and are the inaugural team of Hughesville Hustle Softball. Coach Mike has also shared along with Coach Steve and Coach Mark, 2 first place tournament finishes, 2 second place tournament finishes and a district title for Hughesville Junior league softball in 2015.

Mark Rogers
Bio:Coach Mark joined forces with Coach Steve and Mike last year to help form the current 14u team. Coach Mark has been highly involved in the sport assisting several teams his daughter and son have played on over the last 8 years. Coach Mark is a human stat machine, helping us prepare for every situation on the field for every play. Coach Mark was alongside Coach Steve and Mike for 2 first place tournament finishes, 2 second place tournament finishes and a district title for Hughesville Junior league softball in 2015.
